Hey, one entry a month ain't bad!

What a crazy month it has been! We have been here and there and everywhere just living up our Summer! We went to Bear Lake this week with my (Tabitha's) family and had an incredible time playing in the water with him and judging the niece's and nephew's sand castle contest. The weather was perfect and the company was even better! It was a great break from the busy schedule we have and a fun opportunity to show off our little guy. I am so thankful to have such a loving and supportive family on my side. I know you all check this blog for the pictures and not for my rantings- but just know that we love you all and hope your families are doing as well as ours! Much love, Tabitha

Pictures, pictures, pictures!

Whew! I need to get better at not slacking on my blog! I keep thinking to myself, "I'll just wait until we do 'this' and I get lots of cute pictures and then I will post them all at the same time!"--- as a result, I have oodles of pictures from different places we've been and things we've done as a family- so please enjoy! Kolton is officially 15lbs and 11oz! He is solid as a rock- hardly any flab! He is also starting to giggle a ton and he is oh, so close to rolling over! In the last month we have taken a trip to Elko, Nevada (for family history) and we went camping with the FSA (Families Supporting Adoption) group and we also went to Hogle Zoo as well as to the Logan and Lewiston fireworks! I also have pictures of Kole's first swimming experience and his cousin, Cora's fourth birthday party! I will be adding a slideshow- so I hope it turns out okay. Thanks for viewing! (and yes, I know it says he had his first "pite" of cereal- but the darn thing wouldn't let me edit it!)
Much love and {{hugs}}

Updates!

Hello, everyone! Well, Beauty and the Beast is now over as of last night, so life just became a lot less hectic! I am so excited to just be home with Kolton all the time now. The show was awesome- don't get me wrong! I had so much fun signing little girls' autograph books and making people laugh, but for those of you who have done theater, you know how much work it is and why I am happy to move on! Kolton is completely amazing me every day. He has recently started to giggle and I am constantly trying to coax one out of him! He has already grown out of so many things and is already fitting into three-month-old clothes! He has doubled in weight since he was born and he just keeps growing! We hope everyone who reads this is doing well!
With love,
Tabitha

Long time, no blog!

Hello to all~ Sorry for the lag in posting! We had a bit of a crazy day today- Kolton had his 2 month appointment and he is weighing in at a remarkable 10 pounds! I thought he would maybe weigh 8--how wrong I was... :) He is getting cuter and cuter by the day and I am having so much fun with him that I keep forgetting to get online and update our blog! I pulled it up today and realized how long it had been and felt a bit ashamed- so here it is. :) I am currently participating in Cache Regional Theater Company's production of Beauty and the Beast (I play the role of "silly girl"- meaning I am one of the three french girls who stalk Gaston) and I am also sewing costumes for said production. If that isn't a good enough excuse for not blogging (along with spending all of my breathing moments watching my darling son) then I don't know what is! Aside from the lack of sleep (which should be at a peak tonight as Kolton had his immunizations today) and busy schedule- we are blissfully happy! The Lord has blessed us immeasurably and we are so thankful to him for more than I can even write down at the moment. ((Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Cori! We love you and hope you are well!)) {{{hugs to all!!!!}}} and thank you for your love and visits to our site! We hope to keep in better touch with all of you...YAY INTERNET!! Love, Tabitha (or, as my sisters like to call me now- Momitha!)
